Absolutely. Go to “Billing” and hit “Terminate my plan”. There are no hidden fees, no questions asked, and no gotchas.
How do I get my money?
It’s simple: connect your Stripe or GoCardless account and anything you earn via PayFacile will be deposited directly into your bank account.
Is PayFacile safe and secure for online transactions?
Your data (and your clients’ data) is always safe. All online transaction are encrypted and processed through 2048-bit encryption technology, ensuring total security of all data.
Are there any credit card fees?
Credit card fees depend on the payment gateway you are using. With Stripe, fees are 1,4% + 0,25€ / transaction for European cards.
How can I try PayFacile?
When you open an account a dummy payment gateway is automatically connected, so you can create fake orders and try all the features. When making a fake order, validate using the pre-filled credit card numbers.
